There are 17 careers hiring for remote, work-from-home jobs currently. The best thing that came from the pandemic was the endless number of jobs that opened employing people from home. According to a study done by Pew Research Center, since December 2020, 71% of people have been working from home. That’s a huge jump compared to 20% percent of people who said they already worked from home. Remote work has allowed 50% of people to get the opportunity to work from home, and the numbers are growing. Remote jobs are finally a thing, something that’s been long overdue.
Chances are if you’ve commuted long hours to work, sat in a cold enclosed office for hours, dealing with people you don’t care to see every day, working from home doesn’t sound too shabby.
